Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was quite a mixed bag. While I was impressed with the cleanliness and size of the room, the location left much to be desired as it felt isolated from the city. The staff was friendly, but the service overall was lacking, especially in terms of helpfulness. The dining facilities could use a serious upgrade as well, and the experience was somewhat uncomfortable at times.
Our stay at Camela Hotel wasn't what we expected. The room had some cleanliness issues, but it was spacious enough. The location is quite remote, and we felt disconnected from the city. While the staff was friendly, the overall service left room for improvement due to language barriers. The facilities, especially the supposed spa, didn’t meet our expectations at all.
The hotel is situated in an isolated area, far from the center of Haiphong, and lacks many amenities that one might expect. While the rooms were spacious and my bed was comfortable, the level of cleanliness left much to be desired. Service was inconsistent, and despite some friendly staff, it was often challenging to get assistance. I wouldn’t recommend this place for a longer stay, especially given the state of disrepair and unhelpful service, but it might work as a brief stopover if expectations are managed.
I stayed at this hotel for one night before heading to my cruise, and I really wish I had chosen differently. The location is far from everything, making it inconvenient. While the room itself was surprisingly clean, the overall condition of the hotel is poor and in desperate need of renovations. I did appreciate the friendly staff, but the service was generally lacking. It could be a decent stopover with some improvements.
I had a very mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms we stayed in were surprisingly spacious and generally clean, the hotel overall felt outdated and uncomfortable at times. The location is quite remote, which made it inconvenient. The breakfast was acceptable but nothing special, and the service was a bit hit or miss.
